CREATE STRATEGY 2020 WITH 100 PEOPLE
BENELUX

The Challenge

  • Large insurer wants a 5-year strategy that is adopted and lived by the broad organisation.

OUR IMPACT

  • With a group of 50 managers and 50 brokers, we make disruptive change digestible and tangible by braking it down in design criteria. Involvement is kept high in between workshops thanks to collaborative tools. The strategy informs daily decision making by managers on all levels.

OVERCOME PENSION DENIAL
BELGIUM

THE CHALLENGE

  • Conversion rates of selling post-pension solutions are extremely low across all channels. Can the denial-behaviour by clients be overcome?

OUR IMPACT

  • In-depth client research reveals that current selling practice misses the needs, the timing and the messages. We design a radically new service prototype and new marketing guidelines.

THE CHALLENGE

  • Decision-making slows down after implementation of a new organisational model and Solvency II guidelines. Can time-to-decision and decision quality be enhanced without compromising compliance?

OUR IMPACT

  • We implement our proprietary decision framework to clarify key decisions and each one’s role in it. We use behavioural self-assessment to increase personalisation and stickiness

THE NETHERLANDS

THE CHALLENGE

  • 3 large hospitals aspire to set up a Medical Center of Excellence.

OUR IMPACT

  • We involve doctors, nurses and patients from day one. We co-create the corporate story and the path to realisation. Service experiments along the customer journey mobilise employees to think from the patient’s point of view and create energy for change.

ALLOW ELDERLY TO LONGER LIVE INDEPENDENTLY
BELGIUM

THE CHALLENGE

  • Which role can an insurer play to allow elderly people to longer live independently?

OUR IMPACT

  • We dive into the psychology of elderly and their children, and co-design and prototype a new service offering beyond insurance allowing safer, independent living. We draw an ecosystem around the client journey, and clarify the strategic options for partners of the ecosystem.

INCREASE CLIENT ENGAGEMENT IN A MULTI-CHANNEL SERVICE MODEL
BELGIUM

THE CHALLENGE

  • The already weak relation of clients with their health insurer is potentially further deteriorated with a digitising service model.

OUR IMPACT

  • Based on the emotional mind map of clients, we design a compass guiding the digital roadmap. We differentiate design criteria for digital & human interaction according to the health condition of patients.
